Have you ever tried geocaching? GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail is a great place to try it out! Geocaching is a real-world, outdoor treasure hunting game using GPS-enabled devices. Participants navigate to a specific set of GPS coordinates and then attempt to find the geocache (container) hidden at that location. There are over 1.4 million geocaches in the world today. As of September, 2011, over 60 active Geocaches are located within approximately two-tenths of a mile from the GHS Swamp Rabbit Trail, and more are being hidden every day. So here’s another opportunity to enjoy this great upstate recreational resource.
