5 Course Wine Pairing Dinner with Milestone
Join us for a Wine and Dine with Milestone as we explore incredible wines- European Old World Wines! This 5 course menu will be prepared by our wonderful Chef Vinnie. Expect each bite to perfectly compliment the tastings paired by Pete Ginocchio of Milestone.
1st Course: Celery dusted seared scallops, grape tomato puree, and parsnip chip
2nd Course: Ribollita-Tuscan soup
3rd Course: Risotto w/Brown butter, sage, roasted squash
4th Course: Oil poached Red snapper, Crispy artichoke and sherry vinaigrette
5th Course: Dessert trio- Tiramisu, Hazelnut tart, Mixed Berries
Cost for this class is $100/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event. Please notify The Cook's Station if you have any allergies.
