A Dinner So Special It Happens Once Every Four Years
Please join us on Thursday, February 29, for a special Spotlight Chef’s Tasting Dinner event – an amazing culinary evening featuring 29 courses for 29 guests from Chef Nico Abello.
The dinner will consist of a 29-course tasting menu (some of the courses will be served simultaneously so that it doesn’t take 10 hours to complete). The event will begin at 6:00pm and will take place in the Loft at Soby’s. The evening will be very similar to the Loft Dinner Series with Chef Nico that he’s been hosting since January 2023.
These seats are limited to the first 29 guests to register and pay a non-refundable deposit of $229 – which is the cost of the meal. Please note that for this dinner we will not be able to offer substitute courses for dietary restrictions – however with 29 courses, there should only be a couple of occasions where a guest with allergies or dietary restrictions would have to skip a course.
Wine is not included, but our Wine Director, Joe Crossan, and the team of Sommeliers, will curate an optional 7-wine pairing to complement the dinner for $75 as well as offering bottle service from the award-winning Soby’s Wine Cellar.
