BBQ Brisket: Techniques and Traditions (Demo & Tasting)

BBQ Brisket: Techniques and Traditions (Demo & Tasting)
Some say that tasting Texas-style brisket for the first time is a life-changing experience. Join CHI’s very own pit master and certified BBQ judge, Chef Bill Twaler, to see for yourself as you learn the ins and outs of brisket BBQ cookery.

In this demonstration and tasting course, you’ll sit back back in CHI's Food Network-style Culinary Studio as CHI's chef teaches you the history, techniques and traditions that make Texas brisket a pilgrimage-worthy favorite food for barbecue aficionados. You'll have an opportunity to taste everything chef makes and ask questions throughout this class!
