Discover the joy of fresh, from-scratch bread made at home. Designed for novices and intermediate bakers, this course covers some of the basic science behind making bread and expert, step-by-step instruction on how to bake a variety of delicious breads that turn out perfectly, even in a home oven.
In this DEMONSTRATION & TASTING course, you'll become a more confident baker as CHI's chef-instructor teaches you the principles that underlie bread-making and guides you through the 10-step process of yeast dough production. Sample everything chef makes during class, and then take home a lab packet with recipes to recreate each dish at home!
