Everybody knows that having a good, healthy breakfast gives you a great start to your day. In this hands on class Chef Tiffany will share many breakfast ideas centered around gluten free grains and guilt free carbs. Change up your breakfast and see how quickly it can become the most important meal of your day. Menu to include Millet Smoothie, Sweet Potato Hot Cereal (Spices and Pecans), Chia seed Pudding/ Chia Seed bowl (almond/coconut milk, chia seeds, fruit) with toppings (shredded coconut, granola, bananas, etc), and turkey sausage burrito. In this hands-on class Chef Lonnie will be sharing many very popular Low Country selections. You will be creating a menu of Shrimp and Grits, Red Beans and Rice, Braised Greens, and Bananas Foster.
