Butchering 101 Class

Discover a new set of skills as our expert chef instructor guides you through the processes of butchering various types of meat and fish. We'll take you through the process of preparing, cutting and cleaning meat and fish. You will also learn how to maintain your knife to ensure stealth, clean cuts. After leaving the class you should have a firm understanding of how to butcher several types of meats. Menu for the evening will be beef tenderloin, roasted potatoes, and salad.
