Champagne Brunch on NYE!
Come and celebrate with us for our New Year's Eve Champagne Brunch! From 1:00-3:00pm we will be tasting champagnes along with a delicious menu from Chef Craig! Taste and learn about several Champagnes from our wine educator, Tina Witham!
-Lemon oil packed cured salmon with fried capers and pickled onions
-Eggs and grits with truffle and halloumi cheese
3 course meal
1st Course: Collard green salad with cornbread croutons, butter poached turnips, pecans, and fried oysters
2nd Course: Mustard marinated porchetta, field peas, Carolina gold rice, and pot liquor
3rd Course: Apple Coca-Cola cake
Cost for this class is $100/person. No refunds or credits will be given if cancelled within 72 hours of event. Please notify The Cook's Station if you have any allergies.
