Knife Skills Class
Chef John will be teaching skills such as pinch grip, claw hold, honing, knife maintenance, and sharpening. He will help you identify all knife uses for a specific task, finishing with the slicing process to help us all be ready for the holiday season. You will be tasting and slicing roasted Turkey Breast and Beef Roast. Chef John will be available to answer any questions you have regarding any cutlery items and proper usage.
