Paul Hobbs Wine Pairing Dinner
For this month's wine pairing dinner, The Cook's Station has created an incredible food and wine offering that's sure to impress everyone's taste buds. Guests will enjoy a carefully curated five course meal prepared by Chef Craig Kuhns with perfectly paired wines from Paul Hobbs Vineyards to compliment each bite.
Here is a sneak peak at the menu:
1st Course| Compressed veggie salad with cucumber, fennel, onion, beats & herbs
2nd Course| Farro Island focaccia encrusted salmon & sous vide winter squash with a beurre rouge sauce
3rd Course| Honey-szechuan peppercorn glazed duck with braised arugula & cipollini onions
4th Course| Braised pork roulade with parsnip pudding & glazed carrots
5th Course| Braised Apple Baby
A representative from Paul Hobbs Winery will be in house to educate and answer any questions. Cost for this event is $80/person. No refunds or credit if cancelled within 48 hours of event.

You will be taking all precautions in regards to COVID-19 during the classes. Kitchen is completely sanitized before each class, the chef and staff are required to wear masks. Hand washing stations are located throughout the kitchen and it is large enough to allow for appropriate social distancing.
