"Pop Art Your Pet"! Paint a portrait of your best friend Pop Art style with the help of our talented artists! Cats, dogs, horses, birds...we can help you paint them all! No drinks included in your purchase.
***PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS***
1) Complete registration with payment to secure your seat 48 hrs prior to the event.
2) EMAIL a photo of your pet to email@example.com before the 48 hr deadline. Late submissions will either result in an additional fee for processing OR transfer to the next Pet Night. Only one pet per canvas, and one pet per purchase. Head shots with little background work best.
3) Include your name, pet name and class date with EACH PET PHOTO sent. They will individually sketch your pet photo onto canvas and have it ready for you when you arrive. Painting STARTS AT the scheduled time of class. PAYMENT MUST BE MADE ONLINE. There are no walk-ins allowed for pet night. This class last approximately 2 hours.
Doors open 15 minutes prior to class time. General seating on a first-come, first-served basis.
BYOB - Bring your favorite beverage (Wine or Beer only) and your own snacks. They do not serve food or drinks. No large food platters. Must be 21 and over to consume alcohol (They Card!). They supply cups and bottle/wine openers. They do not have ice, but you may bring your own cooler or wine bucket to keep at your seat. Arrive 10 minutes early so you can get settled in your seat and be ready to paint at your scheduled event time!
Evening classes, including those after 2pm, are ADULT painting parties and is for ages 16+ and up only! No infants, No exceptions. Groups with ages below 16 will be asked to leave an adult event, and all tickets/registrations will be forfeited. Anyone below 18 years of MUST be accompanied by an adult.
Please consider tipping your lovely artist at your leisure. They look forward to seeing you for a class of fun and creativity!
** Cancellation policy as follows: Refunds will not be given, if a customer cancels their reservation. To receive a credit towards another class you must email firstname.lastname@example.org 24 hours before an event. For this reason, please note that if you are booking a reservation within 24 hours of the class, a credit will NOT be an option in the event you cannot attend class. Contact their team 24hrs prior to your event date to receive a 14-day class credit. Failure to give 24hr cancellation notice results in waste of supplies and forfeit of class credit. ***No credit or refund will be given within 24 hours, or in the event of a no-show.
If there is a threat of inclement weather or if the event has low attendance, it is subject to cancellation. If this is the case, you will be contacted the DAY OF THE EVENT and given a CREDIT for another class of equal value. Thank you!
