Each wine will be paired with a dish crafted by Foxcroft's culinary team to enhance the flavors, and you'll gain insights into the unique characteristics of each producer and the differences between each pairing. Their custom five-course meal is designed specifically to complement the wines and elevate your tasting experience.

Rioja wine, originating from the Rioja region in northern Spain, is celebrated for its remarkable balance of richness and elegance. Produced primarily from Tempranillo grapes, along with Garnacha, Mazuelo, and Graciano, Rioja wines are renowned for their complex flavors and aromas, which often include ripe red fruits, vanilla, and earthy notes. The wine's aging process, which can range from several months to several years in oak barrels, imparts additional layers of spice, tobacco, and leather, enhancing its depth and character. Rioja's versatility makes it a favorite among wine enthusiasts, whether enjoyed young and vibrant or aged and mellowed, embodying the heritage and craftsmanship of Spanish winemaking.
