Sauces 101 Cooking Class
A great sauce can add so much to a ordinary meal. In this class you will learn basic sauce making skills. We will cover 4 different sauces beginning with a basic meat sauce using what you may find in your refrigerator, a Bearnaise sauce to spruce up that steak or veggie side, Alfredo sauce for the Italian in all of us, and of course the classic Picatto. You will be served a generous tasting of each of these sauces along with meats and veggies that go with each.
