Share the Music Tour 2017

The South Carolina Governor’s School for the Arts and Humanities, S.C.'s only public, residential high school for the arts, with free tuition for year-round students from across the state, presents the 2017 Share the Music Tour concert. Each fall, the Governor’s School for the Arts’ Music Department goes on tour to different parts of the state to "share the music" by performing for in schools and providing a free evening concert for the public. Guests will enjoy a wide range of works performed by some of the state's most talented young people, including the Governor’s School’s Concertato String Orchestra, Cantus Chamber Choir, Musical Theatre Ensemble, Piano Ensembles and Wind Ensemble. This free event is presented by the KEMET Corporation and the Governor’s School for the Arts Foundation and will be held at held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 17, at Claflin University's W.V. Middleton Fine Arts Center.
