"Sounds of America" Grand Opening

Come out for the Grand Opening of the Sigal Music Museum's newest exhibit Sounds of America. The event will take place on the lawn in front of the museum and will feature a performance by Josh White Jr, Tuba Gin, and other local acts. A food truck will be on site so guests can grab dinner, listen to music, and explore Sounds of America. The exhibit features an all-American look at music history, covering developing genres and recording technologies of the last 246 years. One of the featured instruments is Greenville native Josh White's 1943 Martin guitar, which he played throughout his storied career. Early instruments also include the first piano ever advertised and sold in America (1775).

Event is free to the public. Those attending the concert will have the opportunity to view the exhibit at a discounted rate of $5.00.

Museum general admission: $7.00 (adults), $6.00 (seniors), $4.00 (students)
