The Craft of Charcuterie
Join the Swamp Butcher, James Bryant, and special guest, author Meredith Leigh, for an evening of food, learning, and fun. In addition to learning the skills necessary to craft an expert charcuterie board, guests will hear Bryant and Leigh speak on the significance of ethical meat from 6-7pm. Then at 7pm, guests will enjoy an impressive spread of charcuterie, cheese, nuts, and seasonal fruit. Drinks included in ticket price.
