Whole Hog Butcher Class
Learn the art of butchering at Greenbrier's upcoming Whole Hog Butcher Class. The hands on class will feature Greenbrier's pastured heritage hogs and be instructed by Culinary Institute of the Carolinas, Chef Patrick Wagner. In addition, guests will enjoy a farm to table lunch and 100% of the finished product.
A farm to table lunch will be provided in our barn where a Q&A session will be held.
Take Home 100% of the finished product: An equal share in lbs. of meat that has been portioned and packaged.
