Yoga and Meditation
Come and find your breath and reset your mind for the week ahead! You will be surrounded by forest and meadow during this gentle flow yoga session followed by a 15-20 minute meditation.
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your own mat and bottle of water.
WHERE TO PARK
Please arrive by 3:50PM as there is a short walk from the parking area to the location for class. The address of the parking area is 601 Fork Shoals Rd. Please type that address directly into your GPS. Searching for CNP will give you different results.
WEATHER AND CANCELLATIONS
This event is rain or shine! You will be under the cover of a picnic shelter. In the event that severe weather is forecasted we will cancel the event. Participants will be notified the night before if the event is cancelled due to weather.
HEALTH AND SAFETY - COVID Policy
This event is limited to 20 people and will take place entirely outside. Participants will be physically distanced. Please do not attend the event if you are showing any symptoms of COVID.
