Birds Fly South makes craft beer with an old school approach. Through a combination of time-tested brewing/blending methods and modern practices, they create brews that are complex, titillating, and above all, delicious. They specialize in Farmhouse Saisons and Sours. With each barrel, puncheon, and fodre, their beers develop their own sassiness.

From celebrations and rehearsal dinners to fundraisers and bachelor parties, Birds Fly South offers special rates for renting out their back tasting room, The Aviary, as a closed off event space with its own individualized draft list and exclusive bottle service. Enjoy the covered outdoor patio and the private bar with up to 100 of your guests.
