Joe's Place

Joe's Place Bookstore is an independent bookstore selling new and used books. They serve gourmet coffee, beer, and a variety of wines from around the world. The menu includes delicious chicken salad, pimento cheese, chocolates and more! The walls of Joe's Place are decorated with local art by owner Alix Bernard. They also feature guest artists throughout the year so chances are you will see something new every visit. Some of the special events include book signings, music, wine classes and tastings, and reflexology foot massage to name a few. One thing you won't find though is Joe. The store is named in memory of Mary's brother who loved reading and adult beverages. Come down to sit, sip, and read!
