Prior to opening Scoundrel, Chef Joe Cash grew up in Greenville and graduated from the Greenville Technical College Culinary Institute with a degree in culinary arts. Cash then spent years in the best kitchens around the world, including Thomas Keller’s acclaimed Michelin three-star restaurant, Per Se in New York City. His international work also includes Chef Rene Redzepi’s Michelin two-star restaurant, Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark, which held the position of number one restaurant in the world.
