The perfect place for intimate corporate dinner meetings, Scoundrel features Chef Joe Cash's take on a modern day bistro, and serves French classics and great steaks for all to enjoy. Reservations on Resy.com are released one month at a time, starting the 1st of every month at 12 pm and can be made online or by phone.

Cash has spent years working in the world’s top kitchens such as James Beard award-winning chef and restaurateur Thomas Keller’s acclaimed Three-Michelin star and New York Times four-star Per Se in Columbus Circle of New York City, as well as Chef Rene Redzepi’s Two-Michelin star Noma in Copenhagen, Denmark, which famously held the position of number one restaurant in the world for multiple years.

In 2014, upon leaving Denmark, Cash headed back to New York to become the Executive Sous Chef at hospitality powerhouse Major Food Group’s original spot, Torrisi Italian Specialties. When Major Food Group won the bid to bring new life to the iconic Midtown Manhattan skyscraper The Seagram Building, Cash was charged to be the Executive Chef at The Pool, Major’s premiere dining destination specializing in seafood with a modern French flair.
