A New Meetings Experience Is Coming to Downtown Greenville

Introducing the Falls Park Conference District and South Carolina’s First JW Marriott

The Falls Park Conference District is a transformative six-acre, hotel-led mixed-use destination along the Reedy River in downtown Greenville, South Carolina. The district will feature South Carolina’s first JW Marriott hotel, a conference center, parking and expanded public green space connected to Falls Park & estimated to be completed by 2029.

Meet South Carolina’s First JW Marriott

At the center of the district will be the JW Marriott Greenville, bringing a new luxury hotel experience to downtown Greenville with 335 guest rooms and 8,800+ square feet of meeting and event space.

The hotel will feature an adaptive reuse of the historic Bowater Building, blending original architectural character with JW Marriott's refined, European-inspired design aesthetic.

Open daily for breakfast and lunch, with pastries, sweet and savory morning dishes, crepes, signatures such as Croque Madame, grab-and-go offerings, composed salads and fresh-made gelato and sorbet.

Signature Restaurant
Open daily for lunch and dinner with a seasonally driven, locally inspired and Mediterranean-influenced menu built around rustic wood-fired dishes and sustainable ingredients.

Elevated dining overlooking Falls Park and Liberty Bridge, open nightly with craft cocktails and a tapas-style menu. The cocktail program draws on fresh herbs harvested from the hotel's own garden, with a rotating menu that follows each herb to its peak.
