Yeah, THAT Visitor Center!
Greenville has a reputation for being filled with friendly, helpful folks, and there's nowhere better than our Visitor Center to experience that for yourself. Our Experience Ambassadors and Happiness Concierges will make you feel welcome, answer any questions, provide a wealth of resources and make sure your trip to Greenville is everything you want it to be, and more.
The Visitor Center reopened on March 20, 2021 after being temporarily closed for a year. It has come back as the "Visitor Center in a Box" and you can't miss it! As of spring 2021, the Visitor Center at City Hall along Main Street is only open on the weekends. Visitors to the City Hall Visitor Center can park behind the building, which is free for one hour.
Visiting during the week? Head to 148 River Street, Suite 100 (across the street from Rick's Deli & Market and the Hampton Inn & Suites Greenville Downtown Riverplace) for some friendly advice, a smiling face, visitor-related materials, and answers to any questions you may have.

We hope to see you soon!
