Hispanic Alliance
The Hispanic Alliance unites the largest network of agencies and individuals working collaboratively to advance Hispanic communities across the Upstate. They build trust with Hispanic communities by speaking their languages, promoting their culture, and understanding and addressing their needs.
The organization is nonpartisan and is a faithful advocate for diversity, equality, acceptance, and understanding. Their network advocates particularly for those who have left their countries behind – as well as their families, friends, and culture – to pursue better opportunities for their children, just like previous generations did.
Urban League of the Upstate
The mission of the Urban League of the Upstate is to advance equity by empowering the black community and underserved individuals throughout the region.
As the leading champion of empowerment for the black community, the Urban League of the Upstate envisions a region where all people:
- Are valued members of the community
- Can adequately support themselves and their families
- Can live in neighborhoods that are vibrant and thriving
Upstate SC LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce
As the first and only LGBT+ Chamber of Commerce in the state of South Carolina, they are LGBT+ professionals and allies who understand that diversity, equality, and economic empowerment are vital for any healthy community.

The India Association of Greenville (IAG)
The India Association of Greenville (IAG), started in 1970, is a voluntary non-profit organization that stands as a vibrant and inclusive community organization that serves the Indian diaspora residing in Greenville, South Carolina, and its surrounding areas.
Dedicated to fostering cultural exchange, social cohesion, and community engagement, the IAG offers a diverse range of programs and events that celebrate Indian culture, heritage and traditions. From festive celebrations of religious and cultural holidays to educational workshops, social gatherings, and charitable initiatives, the IAG provides a platform for individuals of all backgrounds to come together, connect, and enrich their understanding of Indian culture. Through its activities, IAG fosters community interaction, provides entertainment and also showcases local talent, and contributes towards building our collective image and identity as Indians in America.
