What size rack cards do you prefer for the Visitor Information Center?
Anything larger than a postcard (4 in x 6 in) and smaller than letter-sized paper (8.5 in x 11 in) is perfect!
How do I review my listing performance metrics?
Log in to HappyNet, and use the following navigation steps: Profile > My Benefits > Listings/Offers.
How do I submit an event for the VisitGreenvilleSC website or events calendar?
Members can submit an event for review to be included on our events calendar via HappyNet using the following navigational steps: Collateral > Calendar of Events. Approval typically occurs within 48 business hours.
How do I edit my listing on the VGSC website?
You can make changes to your photos, descriptions, social media links, and coupons by logging into HappyNet.
Where do I upload listing or coupon photos, and where do they show up?
First, upload images to your Media Library, which can be found by navigating to Collateral > Media. Then, go to your member listing or coupon to tie the image.
Coupon Image Limits: 1 image per coupon
Member Listing Image limits:
- Essential Listing: up to 1 picture
- Enhanced Member Listing: up to 5 pictures
- Featured Listing/DMF Listing: up to 10 pictures
How do I upload a video to my member listing?
In HappyNet, navigate to Collateral > Media, Add New Media, and choose Type: YouTube. Please note: Only YouTube clips can be uploaded, and they will only feed to your listing if you have the web upgrade.
What are the specs for uploading images?
Member Listing Images:
- Listing images must be JPGs or JPEGs with a file size of 4 MB or less
- A minimum of 640x640 pixels (these show up as a square format for the first photo])
- Notes: Landscape (horizontal) images with a ratio of 4:3 work best; photographs are preferred over logos
Event Images:
- Event images must be JPGs or JPEGs with a file size of 4 MB or less
- A minimum of 640x480 pixels
- Notes: Landscape (horizontal) images with a ratio of 4:3 work best; photographs are preferred over logos
Is there a preview page so I can see my edits?
No. When you have submitted new collateral or made changes, the pages go into a Pending mode and you can no longer edit until they have gone through the approval process. Please allow 48 business hours for the approval process and one hour for the approved changes to appear on the website.
Why is my image not showing in the member listing?
In the Media Library, check that you have clicked Certification of Images: YES. In your listing, make sure that the image is Active. If you have more than the allotted images for your Member Listing type (1 for an Essential Member Listing, 5 for an Enhanced Member Listing, 10 for a Featured/DMF Listing), it may not show up. Uncheck some of the other images from your listing.
When will my listing/coupon/event listing not let me make changes?
Once your listing has been approved and left the Pending mode, you will be able to make changes again. Please allow 48 business hours.
