Banners and other public promotional signage may be possible for public events. All requests can be submitted to the City of Greenville by calling their office at 864.232.2273. 

This may be possible, depending on your event. There are a variety of allowances for street closures, and the City of Greenville Events Department can assist you. A list of permit applications can be found at www.greenvillesc.gov/1346/event-permits.
