Camp Buckhorn

This idyllic camp is a place of such meditative tranquility you won't believe it's a mere six miles from downtown Greenville. Seated in the forest haven of Paris Mountain State Park, Camp Buckhorn's central lodge and 9 rustic cabins are draped in the magic of mossy rocks and lush forest trails. You'll find yourself spellbound by the hues of green on the surface of the Camp's glassy pond. It's no mystery why this is such a popular setting for weddings, family reunions, and church or business retreats.

Each cabin includes 2 sets of bunk beds with electricity, while one specially renovated cabin offers a queen-sized bed, living room, and kitchenette. Showers are located inside the camp.

The lodge contains a stone fireplace under high, wooden-beamed ceilings. The natural finish of the floors and walls add to the distinct beauty of this forest sanctuary. The space is ideal for seating up to 75 visitors, and the state-of-the-art kitchen makes serving everyone a breeze. The lodge also includes a patio area with a large gas grill and two outdoor tables. From here, you'll be able to look out on a grassy lawn area that is large enough to accommodate tents for outdoor ceremonies and events.
