Soby's New South Cuisine is a blend of contemporary cuisine infused with traditional southern ingredients. Starting with fresh, seasonal products, our chefs transform southern favorites into something comfortable and new. Signature dishes include Barbecue Shrimp & Grits, Fried Green Tomatoes with Jalapeno Pimento Cheese, and Crab Cakes Remoulade. The 500+ bottle wine list is a consistent winner of Wine Spectator and Wine Enthusiast awards.


Located next to Soby’s, The Loft at Soby’s, a private dining destination, is a fully furnished apartment complete with kitchen, dining room with seating for 20, rooftop patio, living room and two luxurious bedrooms. The space can host 70 people for a reception and the rooftop patio expands the space to accommodate up to 100. Prepared on-site by one of Table 301’s talented chefs, the customized menu and dedicated service makes the Loft at Soby’s a unique experience.
