Topsoil owner Wendy Lynam runs the farm along with an army of volunteers. Executive Chef Adam Cooke helps plan plantings before each season and he loves to spend as much time as he can getting his hands dirty at the farm.

You might even get lucky and catch a sighting of their grumpy farm cat, Linus.
